Roasted Yukons, Filet and Arugula Salad
Roasted Yukon potatoes tossed with fresh thyme, yellow onions, sharp cheddar, salt and pepper. Served with sliced and roasted tomatoes over arugula with white balsamic.
Filet grilled and served with mushroom sauce, consisting of mushrooms, garlic, thyme, Cabernet and beef stock.
…oh! And a seared scallop on top!
