Up early on my day off. Planning menus for dinners on Friday and Saturday night in bed. Heaven.
Amaranth breakfast. Warmed up with almond milk, and served with blueberries chopped walnuts and dates. Cinnamon on top.
Spinach with almond-miso sauce, with sesame seeds.
Siracha glazed salmon with cilantro.
